清華大學(xué)電力電子廠（簡(jiǎn)稱“THUpE”、“清華卅普”，暨清華大學(xué)核能與新能源技術(shù)研究院功率電子技術(shù)研究室），是一家以電力電子技術(shù)為核心，以功率半導(dǎo)體器件、感應(yīng)加熱電源為主導(dǎo)的科技型企業(yè)，是目前業(yè)界公認(rèn)的國(guó)產(chǎn)KA高頻晶闡管、表面熱處理（熱加工）感應(yīng)加熱電源及成套設(shè)備制造商和提供商，是2008年北京市科委重新認(rèn)定的首批高新技術(shù)企業(yè)之一，是清華大學(xué)全資企業(yè)。

30年來(lái)，清華卅普始終站在科技創(chuàng)新前沿，成為國(guó)內(nèi)KA高頻晶闡管、大功率感應(yīng)加熱電源的者。近幾年開(kāi)展元件生產(chǎn)線貫徹國(guó)軍標(biāo)的工作，先后承擔(dān)了：1條元件生產(chǎn)線貫徹國(guó)軍標(biāo)；2個(gè)軍品元器件國(guó)產(chǎn)化項(xiàng)目；1個(gè)工信部電子發(fā)展基金項(xiàng)目；有9個(gè)科技成果榮獲省、部級(jí)以上科技獎(jiǎng)；主持或參與4項(xiàng)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制訂、修訂；獲得了12項(xiàng)國(guó)家專利。

清華卅普已經(jīng)建成了一支較強(qiáng)的研究開(kāi)發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)，在新型電力電子元件及感應(yīng)加熱電源開(kāi)發(fā)方面不斷開(kāi)發(fā)出新產(chǎn)品，如150A/150V功率MOSFET、150kW/250kHz高頻感應(yīng)加熱電源、混凝土管樁及高鐵軌枕用預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼棒生產(chǎn)線等。目前清華卅普研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)已有近20人，包括：1名博士后出站、4名碩士；2名研究員、1名副研究員、4名高工；2名電工技術(shù)學(xué)會(huì)電力電子學(xué)會(huì)理事；2名兼職博士生導(dǎo)師、1名碩士生導(dǎo)師。

For 30 years, Tsinghua Sapu has always been at the forefront of technological innovation, becoming a domestic leader in KA high-frequency thyristors and high-power induction heating power supplies. In recent years, we have carried out the work of implementing the national military standard on component production lines, and have successively undertaken the following tasks: 1 component production line implements the national military standard; 2 localization projects for military components; 1 Electronic Development Fund project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; 9 scientific and technological achievements have won science and technology awards at the provincial or ministerial level or above; Lead or participate in the formulation and revision of four industry standards; Obtained 12 national patents.

Tsinghua SAP has built a strong research and development team, and has continuously developed new products in the development of new power electronic components and induction heating power supply, such as 150A/150V Power MOSFET, 150kW/250kHz high-frequency induction heating power supply, concrete pipe piles and production lines of prestressed steel bars for high-speed railway sleepers.
